
The Longwood School-Business Partnership is an alliance among businesses, educators, parents, community members, and students for the purpose of developing career awareness and preparedness to meet the demands of the 21st century.
The School-Business Partnership meets several times during the school year. In addition to its general meetings, it is a sponsor of Career Day and Shadow Day. The School-Business Partnership is always looking for new members and ideas to bring information about careers to the students of Longwood.
The members of the Partnership develop projects that will help students see a connection between what they are learning in school and how it is used in the workplace. Some of these projects include:
